Sometimes morning breakfast just needs to happen quickly. When in doubt, go for THIS COLOUR!
4 tablespoons of frozen blueberries
150g yogurt (I use 1.5% fat one, feel free to use what ever you prefer)
2 tablespoons of milk
1) Break banana into pieces
2) Add all other ingredients
3) Blend with a hand-held blender
4) Enjoy as pure as it is, or top it with some self-made granola
