Self-made instant noodle soup

Perfect lunch-prep!

Ingredients

1-2 carrot(s)
3 broccoli florets
1 spring onion
1 cm of ginger
1 teaspoon peanut butter
3 teaspoons broth powder
1 drizzle of Sriracha sauce
1 drizzle of sesame oil
1 drizzle of soy sauce
Some cilantro
30-60g of Mie Noodles

Preparation

  1. Chop all choppable ingredients
  2. Fill everything chopped and everything else into a large jar (mine has 750mL volume)
  3. When ready to eat, add 500mL hot water and let soak for 10 minutes.
  4. ENJOY!!!!
