Gerda’s no-rise nut bread

If you happen to know a German, you likely know about out obsession with bread. Making this one feels like cheating though.


Waffles! With yogurt and ground hazelnuts

Sunday is my baking day. Hence: Waffles! Quick and easy to make, plus a great way to use some leftover ingredients.


Basically I will eat anything that contains cardamom. It reminds me of a cold-‘n-snowy trip through Sweden beyond the Arctic circle, coffee on a rooftop terrace in Morocco and crisp-clear mornings in NYC’s Bryant park.
